The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 邵姓男子與邱姓女子交往期間曾拍下兩人性愛影片，因邵男不滿邱女提出分手，竟半夜傳2張疑似邱女裸露鎖骨的影片截圖給邱女，並恐嚇邱女「別忘記我雲端的東西」，「想紅讓妳紅，讓妳賺更多」等訊息，邱女害怕自己名譽受損，立刻向警方報案。高雄地院審理後，依恐嚇罪判邵男拘役50天，可易科罰金5萬元。因邵男坦承認罪，且邱女原諒撤告，並宣告緩刑2年，可上訴。
判決書指出，邵男與邱女原為男女朋友關係，曾經在交往期拍攝兩人性愛影片，2016年邱女對邵男提分手，邵男一時氣憤，竟以通訊軟體傳送2張疑似邱女未穿衣服露鎖骨位置的影像截圖給邱女，還傳「別忘記我雲端的東西」，「如果我沒有東西，我出門被車撞死」，「想紅讓妳紅，讓妳賺更多」等恐嚇訊息，讓邱女深怕邵男會將影片散播出去損害自己名譽，並向警方求助。
邵男到案後坦承認罪，被檢方依恐嚇危害安全罪起訴，高雄地院審理時，因事後邵男坦承罪刑認錯，且邱女也選擇原諒，表示願撤回告訴，法官最後依恐嚇罪判邵男，拘役50天、可易科罰金，並宣告緩刑2年，可上訴。
